The entire process of listing takes me about 6 hours maximum. Beyond that it is mainly fielding phone calls from potential buyers who drive by the home. This is also beneficial to the Realtor. Many times those buyers are unrepresented and this gives the Realtor a chance not only to show them your home but if it is not the home they are looking for try and help them find another one. Finally we do not have a the large overhead that many conventional Brokers do. Real Estate is a business that can be done on the ground and easily can be done successfully from a home office. We also do not slack on Quality of our listings. We believe that a great internet presentation is what gets the buyers to set the appointments.
